 Bruce C. CozaddBruce Cozadd joined our Board of Directors in 2005. He has been the Executive Chairman of Jazz Pharmaceuticals since its inception in 2003 and is also a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to starting Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Cozadd served in various executive management positions with ALZA Corporation from 1991 until its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson in 2001. At the time of the merger, Mr. Cozadd was serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ALZA, with responsibility for research and development, manufacturing, and sales and marketing. Prior to joining ALZA, he was in the Corporate Finance Health Care group at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Inc. He serves on the boards of Cerus Corp., The Nueva School and Stanford Hospital and Clinics.  |
